Fashion Fibre operates under a NO RETURNS policy for all products purchased from our website fashionfibre.in. All sales are considered final unless they fall under the specific exceptions mentioned below.
Exceptions - When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted
Returns and refunds will ONLY be considered in the following circumstances:
Factory Damaged Products: Items that arrive with manufacturing defects
Wrong Product Delivered: When the delivered item differs from what was ordered
Size Exchange: Only under special circumstances and subject to email approval
Mandatory Video Evidence Requirement
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for any return or refund claim, customers MUST:
Record the complete unboxing process of the sealed package as video evidence
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The opening process without any cuts or edits
The contents of the package
Any damage or incorrect items
Submit the video within 3 days of delivery to fashionfibrein@gmail.com. The video must be clear, well-lit, and show all relevant details
Without proper video evidence of unboxing the sealed package, your refund/return claim will be automatically disqualified.
This policy exists due to previous incidents involving package tampering, theft, and product exchanges by courier companies during transit.
Time Limits
Video evidence must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery
Claims submitted after 3 days will not be entertained under any circumstances
Return Process
Email your unboxing video to fashionfibrein@gmail.com within 3 days
Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
If approved, you will receive return instructions
Customer must bear all return shipping costs
Product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
Refund Timeline
Upon successful verification of your claim:
Refund processing takes 7 banking days from the date of approval
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges may be considered only under special circumstances and require:

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Customer bears shipping costs for both return and replacement
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Items without video evidence of unboxing
Used, worn, or altered products
Products returned after the 3-day window
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products with missing tags or packaging
